Returns Process

  4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, unless the return or exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. 

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item.
  2. Please provide photographs or detailed descriptions of the damage or defect to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
